Right of withdrawal
You have 10 calendar days from the time you receive the product to withdraw from your purchase, without needing to justify the reason. In that case, the return costs are on us.
Exchanges
Want a different model or color? Write to us within [PERIOD, e.g., 30] days. The product must be unused and in its original case.
Faulty products
If it arrived damaged or with a defect, contact us with photos and your order number. We will resolve it with an exchange or a refund.
Refunds
